Summer nights under the stars are back! In partnership with the city of Esch, Sunset Cinema is bringing 6 days of open-air cinema to a brand-new, sand-covered venue located right next to last year’s site at Parc Gaalgebierg.
Every evening features an iconic feature film, preceded by a Luxembourgish short film presented by Film Fund Luxembourg. Plus, on Monday, 24 August, Sunset Cinema hosts its annual showcase dedicated to local filmmaking talent. The evening highlights 8 Luxembourgish short films and offers audience members the opportunity to meet the filmmakers and cast.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own folding chairs or picnic blankets, though beach chairs will be available to rent on-site, alongside cosy blankets for cooler evenings
