Introduction to C. G. Jung's analytical psychology

Personal development
Université populaire, Auditoire (Esch-Belval) | 17:00 - 18:45

This course offers an introduction to the main ideas and concepts drawn from the work of Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist of the early 20th century and a disciple of Sigmund Freud. The goal is to explore how his ideas can enrich our personal lives, as well as their practical applications through shadow work, in order to bring hidden aspects of the personality to light, tap into unconscious resources, and develop greater self-awareness and compassion toward ourselves and others.
