Luxembourg Pride is the country’s leading celebration of diversity, inclusion, and equality, bringing together local communities and international visitors in a vibrant display of unity and pride.
From 2–12 July 2026, the festival enters a new chapter. After several successful years in Esch-sur-Alzette, Pride 2026 will take place in Luxembourg City, launching an annual rotation between the two cities and strengthening the event’s national reach.
This year’s programme combines celebration and advocacy, featuring the Pride Parade, live music, cultural performances, exhibitions, and community discussions. Together, they showcase Luxembourg’s open-minded, multicultural spirit through music, art, and activism.
The connection between Luxembourg Pride and Esch reflects a shared commitment to inclusion especially following homophobic reactions to Niederanven’s rainbow cycle path, Esch reaffirmed its support for the LGBTQ+ community by adopting a resolution against hate speech and announcing plans for its own rainbow cycle path—promoting visibility, equality, and solidarity.
This connection between cities is reinforced by the second edition of Trans Pride taking place on 4 July 2026 at Kufa in Esch-sur-Alzette.
