HARIKO is part of the Youth Programme of the Luxembourg Red Cross. It is a place of exchange, sharing and creativity between artists and young people aged 12 to 26. The project is principally about enabling the access of young people from all walks of life to art and creative activity in an informal and relaxed atmosphere in order to promote their social inclusion. HARIKO, housed in Batiment4 – the former Mittal headquarters in the heart of Esch – offers free workshops in drawing, graffiti, guitar, piano, singing, jewellery making and dance. The schedule of workshops changes every three months and the workshops, artist studios and common spaces are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 2 to 8pm. If you are a young person please check out the website or Facebook pages to see which workshops you could attend while in Esch!
