Thirty-four years of Portuguese popular tradition on Luxembourgish soil take on a new expression in the upcoming edition of the Marchas de São João (Saint John’s Marches), scheduled for June 27 and 28 at Esch’s Town Hall Square. This year’s theme, « The Fishwives and the Fishermen, » brings the spirit of the Portuguese coast to life with vibrant parades, delicious gastronomy, and world music. Part of the intercultural Sete Sóis Sete Luas festival, this weekend features an incredible line-up of international and local talent.
