Get ready for one of Esch’s most enchanting holiday traditions! On Sunday, 30 November 2025 the beloved St. Nicholas Parade will once again fill Rue de l’Alzette with festive cheer.
At 14:30, St. Nicholas himself — the iconic bearded figure dressed head-to-toe in red and adored by children, will depart from Place de la Résistance and make his joyful journey toward the Christmas Market on the Town Hall Square.
Upon his arrival, around 16:00, another cherished ritual awaits: the much-anticipated distribution of sweet treats. Every child present will be gifted their very own bag of goodies — a magical moment not to be missed!
